As we reflect on the past year, it’s impossible not to marvel at the remarkable journey we’ve undertaken as occupational health nurses. The theme of Wisdom has guided us through a year of growth, challenges, and triumphs, reminding us of the profound impact our collective knowledge and experience have on the well-being of the communities we serve.

From addressing evolving workplace health concerns to sharing best practices with one another, this past year has been a testament to the strength and resilience of our profession. Whether through formal education, mentorship, or simply showing up with open hearts and sharp minds, we’ve embraced opportunities to grow wiser together.

Looking ahead, our Spring Conference is right around the corner, offering yet another opportunity to engage with cutting-edge topics in occupational health. This year’s conference will bring together expert speakers, hands-on workshops, and opportunities for networking that will leave us all better equipped to face the challenges ahead.
